After five years housing homeless and vulnerable people through Bond Docwra, we saw that people without adequate support often deteriorated. New Chapter Housing was formed in 2020 to put the support around the home.
Every property is fully licensed, inspected and certified. Every resident gets a named contact, tailored individual support and a 24-hour maintenance response.

Partners submit a referral online at any time. We reply within 1–2 working days.
We assess needs and suitability together with the referring service.

Operating in England and Wales, registered with the ICO, and working with governing bodies to keep every placement compliant.
